Not everyone is called to be a CASA volunteer, but everyone has something valuable to give. CASA of Placer, Yuba, and Sutter offers meaningful ways to support local children and families without requiring court-appointed volunteer status.
Whether you enjoy working behind the scenes, assisting with events, or providing specialized support, your time and talents can make a real impact.
Event Support
Help us host inspiring community events, such as our annual Gala, Spring Tea, or volunteer appreciation nights. From setup and registration to decor and logistics, we need your creativity and energy.
Gifts & Raffle Prizes for Events
Our events often feature raffle items donated by our generous sponsors. Plus, every fall, we have a Gala to support our financial needs. If you own a business or want to donate a gift or raffle item, this is a great way to show your support for CASA!
Musicians for Events and/or Background Music
If you’re a musician with a heart for kids, you could be an excellent fit for our events.
Create Your Own Fundraiser
CASA of Placer, Yuba, and Sutter depends on the generosity of our community to sustain the programs that support foster children, at-risk youth, and families in need. There are many meaningful ways to contribute to our mission, whether by hosting your own event (with our guidance and support) or creating a birthday fundraiser that benefits CASA. Your support makes a lasting impact.
Entertainment for Kids
The children and families we serve often live below the poverty line, struggling to meet basic needs like food, housing, and clothing. As a result, they rarely have the chance to enjoy experiences many of us take for granted—going to the movies, visiting amusement parks, or attending sporting events.
Your in-kind donation of tickets opens the door to these opportunities, giving kids moments of joy, new experiences, and lasting memories that provide a sense of normalcy and hope for the future.
New Gifts Donated for CASA Kids
Our mission is to support foster children, at-risk youth, and their families. Through the CASA Store, we provide access to essential items, including school supplies and toys, ensuring that these children and families have what they need.
Each year, we also host a Holiday Toy Drive to bring joy during the festive season, ensuring every child we serve receives new gifts and toys. To make this possible, we welcome donations of new toys and gift cards throughout the year. Together, we can create a meaningful and lasting impact in the lives of those who need it most.
