Hannah is a dedicated advocate for at-risk families in Placer County, where she has been a lifelong resident. With deep roots in the community, Hannah brings a unique perspective and genuine compassion to her work within Child Advocates of Placer County, an organization whose services have made a lasting impact on her own life and
family. Hannah started our Family Mentor Program in 2017 and graduated from our Prosper Placer Program in 2020.

Hannah worked in property management and as a Family Support Specialist for Advocates for Mentally Ill Housing before joining Child Advocates of Placer County as a Case Manager in the Family Mentor Program and then the Parent Empowerment Group and Kinship Allies Programs.
In these roles, she supported parents navigating the child welfare system for the first time and parents and kinship caregivers facing challenging circumstances.

Since 2022, Hannah has served as the Kinship Allies case manager, continuing to provide support and guidance to families. She has also served as a member of the Advisory Committee for the Center for Excellence in Family Finding and Engagement at UC Davis, where she calls on her lived experience to be a part of furthering a Kin-First culture, which recognizes the importance of children remaining connected to family and supports their engagement for improved outcomes.
Driven by a passion for uplifting others, Hannah is committed to sharing knowledge of vital resources and empowering individuals to achieve their goals. Through her work, Hannah continues to foster hope, resilience, and positive change within the community she calls home.
