Make a Referral
Thank you for helping us connect children, youth, and families with the support they need. CASA of Placer, Yuba, and Sutter offers multiple programs that serve individuals impacted by trauma, instability, or involvement with the child welfare or juvenile justice system.
Below, you’ll find referral forms for our Be Bold and Family Services programs. Each form is a fillable PDF that can be submitted by social workers, probation officers, educators, mental health professionals, or community partners.
Be Bold Youth Program
Supports youth ages 10–21 who are at risk of or currently experiencing sexual exploitation, or who are involved in or at risk of entering the juvenile justice system.

Family Mentor Program
Connects parents with trained mentors to support life skill development, parenting, and progress toward case plan goals as they work toward reunification.

Kinship Allies
Supports kinship caregivers (relatives raising children in place of foster care) through advocacy, emotional support, and system navigation.

Parent Empowerment Group (PEG)
Pairs trained CASAs with parents involved in the child welfare system for virtual peer support, parenting guidance, and community connection.
