Make a Referral
Thank you for helping us connect children, youth, and families with the support they need. CASA of Placer, Yuba, and Sutter offers multiple programs that serve individuals impacted by trauma, instability, or involvement with the child welfare or juvenile justice system.
Below, you’ll find referral forms for our Be Bold and Family Services programs. Each form is a fillable PDF that can be submitted by social workers, probation officers, educators, mental health professionals, or community partners.
Be Bold Youth Program
Supports youth ages 10–21 who are at risk of or currently experiencing sexual exploitation, or who are involved in or at risk of entering the juvenile justice system.

Family Services Program
Provides advocacy, mentorship, and support for caregivers and parents involved in the child welfare system. Through trained volunteers, families receive guidance, emotional support, and help navigating complex systems as they work toward stability and reunification.
